uhm...what happened? I think i missed this part of his life...mollestthyguitarists, can you explain short? (sorry, I sometimes am really slow at understanding things and there its just so much I dont know about him..)

This was the first Miyavi song I'd heard, and I played it for my bff and we've been MYV fans forever since... anyway, i guess he and his friend dreamed of being rock stars together and then the friend died and Miyavi left to Tokyo and became a rockstar... i know i would if my bff died, and she and i have our own lil band thing and i know if she died, these are the songs i'd be doing covers of... anyway dunno how to explain it but i get the feeling that;s wat the songs are about... i may b wrong but this is just my pov...

I wonder if he lives in some kind of time capsule, because he looks gorgeous as he did seven years ago...yeah, you can´t find enough words to describe, how beautiful he is..
and I found an interesting detail on the fotos....you can see the little hole in his lip, where the pierc was...even it looks totally hot on him (i think i start melting)

no offense, but men look better in at least some clothes as fully naked, especcialy sitting in that pose ;P
And refined clothes are often more exciting than nude bodies..like Miyavi in that pose. he is fully clothed, but you can see a part of his tigh- and that is thrilling..

You are right, it doesn't look like his style, but it does look like him, like for ever ago!

2004, hm that is 5 years ago ... he didn't look like that then.

But it could be him when he was much younger.
I can feel that it is him in the pic, but when I have no idea, early teens perhaps !

ok edit...the picture with the ramen, it´s proably not myv...gomen..but at the beggining by due, he didn´t have the lipring (but he looks very alike)
when you take a good look on the pic above it he doesn´t have the lipring as well. He was 17 when he started with due! It was in 1998 (god, i was in high scholl then..) I think the date on the pic isn´t reffering to the date of the photo.

Oh, are you sure, it so looked like him, ok, not as he would have looked in 2004, but just look at the lips and eyes, it's still looks like him, but ok, maybe very, very young, like 14-16y old or so. I can't help but feel it's him anyways ...

Lately I'm falling in love with Miyavi's cat walk and his Tights. For God sake I became so crazy of him and I bought similer tights but didn't have the courage to wear them like he did so I bought mini skirts and still feeling little shy when I wear them. I'm only "hopeful" at this point, actually we where "just friends" until last night, we have had some contact the last month but not that much.

I so know what you mean, but you know, he is not stupid if anything, I give him that much. He will see that what he did last time is not "his style", the sales figures will tell him that much if nothing else.
(ok, I have two of the songs on my cell, but not more than that) ... at this point he have to take the safe road here or he might be doubted at in the future. What he have is a "raw talent", he doesn't have to "try that hard to evolve".

He already have it all, all that is needed for what he can do. If he tries any harder he might loose it all instead. He just need to get some new material out there, old style, but with new videos, he have to compete with free PVs from new hot groups etc. etc. He can't slack in that area like he have for the last year or so ... he really needs to step it up, can't take everything for granted !

And btw I think it's the heavy make up that makes myvs get bad skin.
How ever those looks more like old acne, "scars".

uh... i don't think its the makeup... i wear enough makeup every day to pass for a hardcore j-rocker (and the teachers say nothing... amazing, no?) and i get less acne than that... mainly i just get a couple of pimples on my cheeks and they go away really quickly... but my back is pretty much covered in scars like the ones Miyavi has... tho i'm afraid they are not from acne... i used to pretty much claw my back open with my nails when i was stressed, didn't even notice until i'd see the blood on my hands. i've cut my nails really short to make sure i don't do it, but i still do at times...
not saying Miyavi does something so stupid but thats what they look like...

It's very induvidual, I use to get pimples from powder when I was younger, still do if I use it in the summer when you sweat more. So I think it's different from person to person. Nowadays my skin is about perfect though and I never had much acne so I have no scars at all ... I'm just lucky !

Uh..regarding that scars on Myvs cheek..i don´t think it´s acne. Because he did´t have it before. And I am pretty sure of it. I know, you can photoshop a lot of things, but: you can cover the colour, but you can´t cover the relief, especially by interview (i remember Ruki had one time huge pimples on his forehead, more like mountains, and there was an interview with him on youtube and I could see those mountains in the pretty lateral light they gave him). An I don´t remember Myv having those type of pimples...remember, he was 17 when he started with due, the best age for acne.
But..it could be something more serious. I think he has health problems, that cause the formation of those kind of scars. And that´s making him depressed now, it isn´t just problems with fans.
And when I think about it, maybe his health has something to do with him taking out his piercings..
Maybe because he exhausted himself in the world tour. But maybe it is something more seious. I don´t know and I don´t want to be a scarecrow, but now I am really worried. Pitty, I can´t read japanese, maybe we could read something about it there.
I just hope he takes a long vacation now and rests a lot..and I hope it would be just acne scars..

mb its the protein supplements? i know he takes them cuz he wants to build up his muscles, maybe thats whats making him break out?? i took protein supplements for a while last year, cuz i can't really stand to eat meat (except chicken and turkey) and my friend's sister said it was going to make me sick if i didn't take them... it made me break out sooooo bad, and i gained so much weight that i had to stop... and my skin was really sensitive while i took them... so maybe it's the protein supplements...
as for the piercings, i think he took them out just cause everyone has those piercings now and it's not unique anymore... the lead singer of Duel Jewel, Hayato, had a similar piercing, and he'd gotten it a bit earlier than Miyavi did, from what i can tell, but he took it out when Miyavi got really big, cuz he didn't want people to think he was copying him...

i have one piercing in each ear for earrings. I have always had them ever since I was a baby...so I don't remember the pain. My grandma was the one who had my ears pierced. XD

*Sigh* well for me, Miyavi is music and music and music... so as long as i gots his pretty songs, i'll be close to him... all my connections to people in RL and on the internet consist of music. if someone doesnt listen to music (doesn't really matter what kind) i can't talk to that person. to me the deepest connection we can have to each other is through music, and music always reveals a lil bit of a person's soul... so i guess wat i'm tryin to say, is that for me, Miyavi's music will always be close enough, cuz i can't get any closer anyway... music's the only thing worth livin for in any case.

I did kinda notice his eyeshapes too. They are a bit different and I think that is quite normal. People won't have a perfect symmetry unless they are dolls or mannequins. :wave:

and regarding the different eye shapes, it´s normal. Everyone has different parts of body- i mean for example- people have usually one foot bigger than the other.

I don´t think he meant it like that....he wanted us to assure, he is all right, because many fans were seriously worried about him. He is not that kind of person to get annoyed like that, because he is famous and has to count with something like that.
I am just really happy he wrote a blog..because it means he really cares. He doesn´t have to write every other day like he did before xmass (because he was spoiling us with that), but once a week is enough.
Ok, I know I am contradicting a little myself, but I am really happy he wrote something.
Now I can let him have some rest without worrying so much :)

Some band never post but just releases albums.

I personally comment several J-rockers if when they post on MySpace, like An Cafe, LM-C, Sakura (ex drummer of L´Arc-en-Ciel) and NHEIRA and rarely Gackt ...

maybe miyavi's arm is red cause he stuck it in some hot water... it helps to do that if you'd been working out a lot and have muscle pain... so maybe he overdid it, or the water was too hot, no biggie.
as for the blog... well, as far as i am concerned, he doesn't have to post. i survived just fine before i knew of his blog, and i think i can handle it if he's not updating every time he levels up in Diablo II or something...
<------- the kind of person who WOULD update every time she levels up in Diablo II if she were as famous as Miyavi.
it would be nice tho if Miyavi told us how to deal with guitarthritis or gave us tips on playing guitar, or something. ^^

and well, the assymetrical thing... my eyes are a bit off too, cuz my left eye is a lil bit smaller than my right eye... tho its not noticeable. Miyavi's fingers on his left hand are longer than on his right hand. (i also have that :-) )

that´s called muscles, people! He worked on it the whole worldtour, he said he has to work out in a gym everyday, because his weight goes down very easily (lucky him): AND he is 27! Just look around you, how the 27years old Europeans and Americans look like!
He is still thin (photos lie awfully), just has more muscles. And I think his thighs look a lot better now, they have a sexy curvy shape (just look at Uruha- his thighs are wonderful, but not thin at all- they have shape!).
And I really don´t think he is on something, he couln..t afford himself to be with that lot of working of his. When you do passionately something, look like that can happen ( and I now what I am speaking about, ask my friends :D).
I am more worried about his health now, seriously.

to be honest i think i am much rounder than Miyavi. especially with my ramen belly. and it's a good thing he's gained a bit of weight. if he was too skinny it wouldn't be healthy for him.

yup, the whole j-rock bands I love were the best things that ever happened to me but miyavi and gackt will always be speshul <3 and it seems to work becoz I usually have to show my pass if i wanna buy alcohol or usually people think im about 18/19 soo yay for jrock and visual kei xD

yea that happens all the time. Last time I showed my passport the salesman looked at me like wtf? and said "well you look young for your age" ... :p

Gackt seems to be almost everyones "first one" (oh i wish :blush: xD)

....... i just went to a jrock gig on monday, and the bartender was like, how old are you? i say, 22, but i've been 22 for five years (thank you miyavi) and he was like okay, you look older tho (??????) and they totally sold me and my friend mad margaritas (i only had one). for some reason i always get mistaken for being in my 20's ever since i was about 14... so i guess jrock makes me older???

anyway as for miyavi's blog, i'd say he feels emotional connection to the music. making music is basically (i'm guessing for him) like pouring your heart and soul out into a bunch of notes and words and serving it up to a few million or so people and saying, here we go, a large part of my entire being, hope you like it. and then there's those fangirls or whatever who spammed up his inbox or whatever the ****. it's prolly too much for him to deal with, but being an overachiever, he prolly thinks he's supposed to deal with it, that its not supposed to get to him.
whatever. i haven't commented him since his last post. there's enough people saying the same **** without me.

i wish i could go to the anime matsuri... but it's in texas and i'm in nyc... maybe i could convince my parents if i could go if my bff came with, she's almost 18... and i'd have to save up all the money from the job the school's supposed to set me up with... registration is $50 but theres the plane fare, food, costume, makeup, and all the miyavi merchandise to concider... argh... *bad at math but hopeful*

Not sure what you meant with "you can see everything" though ... hm ... nice scans though specially love the "Yokosuka" shots (that's where the pictures with the sky and volcanoes where taken, according to his blog earlier)

Hm how ever they are asking nobody to repost the pictures further, but I wonder if that would be possible ever to keep new myv pictures from being shown. It would be a miracle. I can't promise wont I do that, unless they can actually show that they have a valid legal copyright on them (which I doubt very much!!!) :okashii:
I think the magazine that published the pictures have the original copy right, any further claims on it would be a crime by it self!

i dont know about the whole copyright thing but in communities the people always scan the mags and post them in special communities and always say "dont repost". i got a miyavi community and aoi community and i cant post anything because im not allowed to. its sometimes really annoying -.-

Copyright means just that, that you claim the picture as your property (just like they did in this thread) and say that you aren't allowed to share it!

They have no right to claim it if they don't own it.

Ok posting any picture that you don't have copyright to is more or less a crime, even on Internet, but to claim it as property is even more wrong. They don't have any right what so ever to say "don't repost this" as it's not their picture in the first place. Legally that is !

yep, he is so sweet and he managed to make me laugh again. But i don´t know either what does he mean...maybe his status (the female gender and zodiacal sign capricorn :D)..wow but I still don´t have him among friend so I can´t post a commentary :(

@crys under everything I meant that I could see his face so close up i never did (and probably I never will) when you enlarge the pics and that feels immensely close to him (at least for me) (I didn´t mean anything perverted, at least now :P)
And about the pictures, usually you can repost them, if you give credits or ask for permission.

Hey, it takes 10 minutes to scan the pictures, and I don't care if they don't want the pictures not to be posted, they have no legal right to them anyways.
What they are doing, claiming property of the pixx. could give them up to 2 years of jail time here, it's the equivalent of selling pirated computer games for profit actually ...
... so ok, I'm not going to report them (though I thought about it for a sec) but I'm not going to comply to their wishes.
I'll enhance them and I can post them at our support site !!!
(the enhancement will take loads of more time than the scanning ever took them :angryfire)

And for that matter, two of the pictures has already been published on the support site earlier, and I have taken all the pictures to there so they are from here. So it's not like they can come and make claims to them anyways !

Ok, I know, actually myv or his crew could like close down our support site any moment, as I really have been working as web editor earlier I know how the copy right laws really work, that it's more important that it might seem, and I know what I'm doing isn't completely legal !

But since myv seems to encourage the other support sites and street teams which also posts pictures of him etc. I feel that he more encourage this than discourage it!

So I'm going to assume that he doesn't mind ... I really hope so!

... after all it's more or less just free PR for him anyways !
