hmmm...I don´t like living here in germany, too.
But thats not the point why I´m interested in japan !
My interest in japan woke up when I was a child/teen...one of my best friends in these days is a japanese/german boy...he came here when he was 2 years old ...
I "loved" him so much that I wanted to know EVERYTHING about him and the land he comes from..his mum told me much about japanese way of living, culture, etc.
...and there I heared the first words of japanese speach...in my ears it´s one of the most beautiful sounding in the world...and till now it´s a addict...
I´ve always focused on asian looking boys ! They are in my eyes much more attractiv than european ones ! Dunno why...
The interest in anime, manga and japanese music came very much later !
So..I´m not one of these who just are interested in japan cause it´s "trendy" or "in"...I´m not just another "otaku"...
Btw...I don´t think that it would be easy for a foreign woman to live in japan ! Even if she has a japanese husband ! In japan you´re still a gaijin if you don´t look japanese !
Therefore I just wanna visit japan some day...and see all these told with my own eyes...I don´t think I could live there.

but for my mom japan and china and so on is all the same, if you know what I mean

lol. People generally think that ASIA is Japan,korea and china only. Heeeey, there are other Asian countries too. XD

no it wasnt against you, I was talking in general (I was talking alot offtopic lately too soo yeah). I think it's mainly because there isnt much new stuff to talk about Miyavi since there's nothing new out and no concerts... just his blog entries every now and then *sigh*

Mh I dont know about the piercings. At the beginning i was really sad about it because I so love boys with piercings. But I got used to it tho. Whats more sad to me is that Aoi took them out too.

I havent noticed anything about the ear-plug... i wonder why he does that tho.

I have also noticed that there are many German people here but I don't care really where you all are from, we are all the same, and different and then the same again :-)
I'm not German anyway, never been to Germany either.
I also don't care if conversation goes off topic at times, we all love Myvs anyway in the bottom, it wont change just because we talk about other things once in a while!

About the piercings, we had a deep long discussion about it, back when he removed them, with many theories, forth and back.

Some of us thought he gotten an infection in one or more of them, me personally thought he gotten allergic to some metal that wasn't genuine.

But he never really did let us know why he removed them ... :souka:

The reason I took out my piercing, you know..

coming towards my 2-th birthday,
(Visual Kei does not reveal age till the very end)
I thought about some things.

About the meaning of when I got my piercings.

My facial piercings, I got before I debuted as a solo artist,
when my band broke up, you see.

My band which was my everything broke up,
so I gotta carry it all by myself from now on.

I'd carry it all.

Even though I knew this in my head
My heart kinda hesitated.
After all I had anxiety and there were complications.

I also had never sung on stage before, you know. lol

Therefore in order to remind myself
I wanted "something that I can see with my eyes"

That's why I got the tattoos
and my piercings.

But I somehow got way off track
from my life plan
and was much later than planned and such,
but I felt something like
"I'm REALLY living life now, aren't I".

Well, I supposed there was the whole timing of
my birthday being after the world tour ending.

And here I was talking about the world, the world,
and I've now looked all around that world, which is a different thing from the image I had.
so it's given me a lot of faith.

Then the whole Due'le thing and such also lightened up, in a good way,
（my band's name, you know）

Becoming able to simply sing,
the songs from when I was on stage in a band,
and like my way of grasping things has changed more purely

from that my feelings are being more and more even.

And then suddenly I've been able to feel like

Aw I don't need it

And today at 4:22 AM
I have taken out my lipring too.

It feels kinda weird. lol

Man, like
I sure am fresh and clean.

Like I can't wait to show Mr. Sun.

Like I want to be wrapped in dazzling light.

But well anyhoo,

Would I say that I've taken off?
Or would I say that I'm climbing the stairway of adulthood?

My face is also All-You-Can-Wash. （Yayay, Scrub Scrub）

I can hardly picture him in the future without any jewel at all, it's just a weird feeling somehow (wont make him less pretty tho xD)

He´ll ever be pretty...but...I ever saw him as a rebell...unconventional..different to "normal japanese men" ..tattoos...piercings...colourful clothes that often don´t fit together :D

And now he changez to "normal"...I know not real...but...dunno how to describe...:p

i doubt miyavi would get rid of his tattoos... since there are a lil bit too many of them, it would be quite difficult and he would prolly have some very ugly scars to deal with *of course, on him it would be beautiful*

Plus, it will look really, really ugly on your body 20 years down the road.

Nevertheless, it's up to you, whether you want to be a shriveled-up, old grandmother with a ridiculously obscured tattoo of what once was a beautiful dragon. :D

i doubt i will live that long. doubtless i will have a fatal run-in with a towel or something down the road. XD besides the women in my family dont get all wrinkly :-) lucky us... although we go gray really young... my mum went gray at 18, i had to dye out my gray by the time i was 15...

I saw a Granny at the beach from mallorca...
she ´had an original japanese tattoo on her back...a samurai all over...and it has looked awesome increase she was near 70 years old, I think. :cool:

I have five tattoos...right arm, left arm, chest, back and my complete right leg... :D workin hard on a "bodysuit"

I have the same Face Piercings that MYV had...(I had two lip Piercings, but that was too much) ...and one in my tongue...and one in my upper right ear

I have had my nose piercing since I was 16 and I'll have it until the day I die, screw what anyone would think, I personally never even think about it.

Ok, the lip piercing he had, could have seemed a bit adolescent. But at least he still wears earrings, perhaps that is enough for a 25+ guy.

I don't either think he could ever remove all the tattoos, they are just too many ...

I think, when U are old&ugly and wrinkly, one tattoo more or less doesn´t really matter...besided you don´t show so much skin anyway..

ehm..never thought I will say something like this to miyavi. But even his goddamn pink leggins are better than this thing on his ear. I hope he will wear the earplug again.

I don´t really mind him taking his piercings out..not like he transformed to a "normal" person with it. It´s just another phase of his life. It changed so much, him leaving the PS company and so on...yeah I read his blogs. Of course...but you know him..not always what is written is literally meant by it..he plays games with his fans...you have to dig deeper under..

when I see back to his solo beginnig...an watch him now .....

After movin from "MYV Pops-Form" to "Dokusou-Form" to "Neo Visualizm" he said he changed his (music-)style so often that he would not be fan of him :D

but his mind also changes...his blog entries are much more adult (not always...but often) than before...

When I think back to the old due´le quartz interviews....thats another person than today...

but I think thats ok...we all change when we grow up...
I´m the same age as MYV... on his 26 Birthday he wrote that he had suddenly thought about much things he never thought of before...
and that´s true....I see it by myself...priorities change above 25 :D

and it makes him totally different...outstanding...not average. and I think he will never loose it. It may be changed slightly, get more mature, maybe, but never dissappears.
sincereness, naivity (in a good meaning), optimism and joy of living and making music.

Just today I watched a concert of him, him last indies live in Nippon Budoukan..he had so much fun playing...doing pranks with his crew and staff..he had maybe more fun than the people...

because, he will have work in japan too. Leaving the PScompany and so on....maybe (hopefuly) preparing new album...

he is a busy person..

I have 12 days of vacation from next Wednesday and forward, maybe I have time to do some catching up then. Even if I must say, my schedule is a bit full, it's my stupid birthday, two cruises and the An Café concert the 19th.

Anyway, I also find Miyavi deep and very full of life, a bit "emo" perhaps, but then again, who isn't?, I am so too some times.

I think he is just adorable, so real, I can so connect with what he is saying most of the times, too much so even, like a straight line to my soul, I just feel him, it's almost scary ! :souka:

Though in contrary to most of you it seems like I'm just a Miyavi fan newbie, I haven't known about him for long, but I still feel that I have.

I could have been long gone by now also, but for some reason he have caught and kept my curiosity and interest!

So, I was chatting with Tokyo Girl earlier today... we talked about the color pink, it came up that Miyavi's favorite color apparently is pink, then we somehow moved onto talking about the American Pie movies.

She didn't know why there was a hole in the pie, and I had to make a very long detour in order to not use naughty words to tell her as gently as I could.

Nevertheless, when I went off to cook some food and she left, I started to think about both Miyavi and American Pie, and somehow wound up wondering if there is a Miyavi porn, and if there is, whether it would be heterosexual or homosexual. :D

But not much new have happened with mivs either lately, so there is not so much to say. Except when he makes new photo sessions for magazines ...

And people come and people go, me personally preffer the thread to be lively as to be silent for weeks and then post things like: "Oh, I like that song. Oh I like his new photos. Did you seen his new PV? He is so sexy...."

I don´t blame you or anything for your oppinion, but I don´t want this thread to turn into other tight guarded by moderators and kicking of or warn people at the least sign of off toppic.

And you know, we had an activity that was well related to him. Well, I don't think anyone would use the new thread of "off topic" Miyavi related things. But you are right, nobody necessarily have to read through everything if they don't want to, you can just skim through it to see if theres anything of interest. You learn how to after a while ...

About myvs, I don't understand why he feels he needs to stay in Japan now if it makes him so sick. It's not like he can work in the condition he is now anyways.

He could take a vacation to some country that doesn't have a pollen problem at the moment. There is a hole world out there and he can choose to be somewhere else if being where he is now makes him sick :sick:

Me theoreticaly likes the idea of the flag, but practically there would be lot of problems, as you said, crys. The only possibility would be, if we form the support page wanted to make one, to sign a piece of paper, send it to one person, she would then print out a piece of "flag" (of paper, for example, which had to be designed somehow, because we are all from different countries) and patch the pieces of signed paper to it...
hm...it sounds pretty complicated...
I´ll ask the guy/girl, who had thew idea, for more details and if wanted top try it, we couls arrange it somehow. But I don´t know if it isn´t complicated.

Actually I like the idea of a flag that are put together of many different flags and it caught my imagination for a bit, every member who signs could do it to on her/his own flag piece ...

It would make our flag so unique also, don't you think, like the hole world in one ...

And then also a very clear statement that this is our JRef Miyavi support Internet team flag, so he would understand how rare it would be ...

But the signing thing would have to be some kind of yes, scanning thingy for those that can, or even take a cell phone picture of their signature, I'm sure I could enhance it enough to make it appropriate. And if there is members who want to be included but is not able to scan it in or take a picture of it, it's not like we couldn't do it for them, even if it wouldn't be their own "hand writing" ...

... hm, the idea is actually quite interesting :-) ...

I saw this on myspace. I was sort of discouraged becuase I am low on finances real bad, and couldn't do the whole 'ship the flag' thingy.(I have yet to send Miyavi fan made jewlry still!) I think the idea we have going would work out nice...

If we do it as I'm thinking it doesn't have to cost anything else than the postage to Japan once.

If we make a paper version, I even have this fantastic color printer and laminator at work, so I could laminate it before sending it. I think I could pay the postage one way, shouldn't be that much I think just for a A4 paper.
Just checked it would only be some 20 sek (around 2€)

There is just one problem, I'm on vacation now and wont going back to work until the 23rd, but then again, we would have time to make it ready until that. :cool:

Maybe Olosta wants to make the graphic again and I could do the physical part, printing, laminating and posting.

the goods news is, they are seasonal, hencefort temporary.
the bad one is, there is no cure for allergies....

but my allergy got somehow better these days, so maybe the immunal system of the body can somehow fight it...but I think it is individually...

I think it would be better if I put the signatures there in the flag, because I have to enhance them first, then make gif's out of them so they can be placed on the flag and since you don't have a gif program, I think I have to do it.

But you have to tell me which bit of the flag is meant to which person. I don't know, I think everybody can choose self what they want to put in "their piece" of the flag, signature + a comment or a small picture also,
It should be up to everybody to decide I think. I'm not sure I'd put a pic. either, oh, well, maybe yes a very small one ! :souka:

actually, the project that the street teams are doing now have been our ongoing fanproject for quite some time now. It started last year and is still ongoing. Well, instead of a flag...we used a shirt and had it travelled from different countries.

The problem?

It got lost. For some reason, it disappeared and we didn't get any news about it. So thinking about our experience....maybe the suggestion that was posted earlier about just sending messages and putting them together in photoshop sounds much better and not to mention...SAFE.

also, writing on a flag is illegal in my country.

I don't have mixed feelings as such, I'm happy for him and I think he does the right thing.
He is big enough to make his own company, so he'll get all the income from the work that he puts in and not have to share it with some greedy giant company. In that part he is doing exactly the right thing.
But I'm agreeing with Olosta, we are more curious about the details, we are*cough* old enough to be concerned and to understand what a huge commitment this is really.
I already feel that we've been loosing him a bit, since this summer, both as a person, he doesn't post as much as he use to, and when he does, he is often sick or sad.
But I also feel we have lost him as an artist, with the flop of the new remix album, it was not a hit, that much we can agree on anyways and he haven't produced any new songs for well, at least this last year? I'm not sure when his last album with new songs was released, but it must have been some time ago ..
I hope it's just a temporary feeling though ... :?

I doubt he will release any album soon. not this year. With the new company starting, concerts in USA and in Europe..with beeing sick and everything...
I am very confused...now that I got yet closer to like him and respect him, suddenly feeling like he slipped away..it saddens me and frightens..on the other hand I am aware, that he has his own life and he is a very ambitious person and likes to be bussy...
but still, it is as if he blew a hit into my face..
i do t know why I feel so about it, I have to figure out and sort out my feelings..never thought he could get so much under my skin

Why are you confused? We all know he will never leave us. He loves us too much to do something like that. And we are to close to him and adore him, so we could not stop being his fans and his followers. I couldn't really stop to listen to him or stop watching his pics you girls post... I always get too close to person, love her and, yeah, maybe I have my moments when I'm not SOO... I don't know how to say it, but, let me try saying it like this - I sometimes get lazy and not interested in anything or anyone. But I could NEVER get not interested at all bcuz, as I said, I get to close to someone and connected to that person. And Miyavi always has something new to share with us, always something that will cheer everybody up. And that's why I love him. He's so optimistic, beautiful, smart,... Well, not always optimistic, he wasn't in his sneezing period. xD But, most of the time he is. So hyper sometimes. I think that's bcuz using a lot of sweets and sugar which Kai borrowed him. :lol: They are friends. xD Oh,which reminds me of one thing it's good about him - he has a lot of friends. I mean, I know only about Jrockers but he has a lot of friends in PSC and other companies. Ohh, wait, another good thing. He's a pervert. xD :evil: And he cares about his bandmates... kissing them in mouth and spanking their cute asses when they aren't good. :lol: He's still a kid in his soul. So good and sweet. A. hide started his own company before he died

Ok, last new songs album was about a year ago anyways, if it was mars or April doesn't matter, but it's a while ago never the less, not even a new single since ... well ... we are all waiting ...

I agree with both of you Olosta and Tokyo girls ... he will never leave us and he will always do his best for us.

But I have also felt his absence ... how ever ... I not dealing it with it too well, ok, I'm still his "fan" I will always love his music, and he is a extra ordinary person, sexy, pretty and so special. But my "star crush" is slowly dying off, or at least it's very low right now and I kind of have my focus on someone else for the moment and kind of have good reason to also ... I think ... but I can't talk about it ... what ever ...

This is just what I feel right now, but, it can turn on a second, I don't know ...

no, no, I don´t get offended, no way, but I didn´t mean it like that. I am not confused because he didn´t write for a week in his myspace blog. It´ s that. I was the first to write here, that he has to distance himself from his fans and I still say that.
It is just that I can´t express myself always properly...
But it is natural, that we fans miss him..it was him, who got so close to us, and now we have to get used to the new him.
Because he has changed a lot, and people have to change as well or go away. And not everybody likes it. I heard a lot of people say, that they miss the crazy, spazzy Miyavi, who run and jumped up and down and shouted on interviews and did stupid things...but he doesn´t anymore. He grew older, "wiser", calmed down. Thats how it is.
But now he is before another big change, and it is why I (and maybe some poeple) are confused, because we don´t know which way he will be heading to. It is my problem, not his. I just wrote what I feel. And I am impatient, sorry, this is my nature :P
He will eventually tell us, but this waiting is long.
But this is why I don´t write stupid comments on his page, but write here instead, to you girls (and boy), because I don´t want him to get the feeling to be pushed or something...I think a lot of people do it already..

You are probably right, but only partially, it's always both ways or no way also. You get what you give, it's not always right, it's not always 100% as it should be, but then again, it doesn't have to be.
