Why does he hate americans? Meh. I only like one song by him which is Oresama Shikou. But other than that, I dont like him and I dont like him even more to know he doesnt like Americans. If He hated the government, I could see that, But the people of america arent THAT bad.

that's just BS he said when he was young and super stupid. he's more grown up. and as for americans being not that bad, well, i'll not go into it. for every good person i find, there are usually 10-15 rotten ones. but whatever.

I wanna do it, but just if it's not about myspace bcuz it's something wrong with it. :(

This is true. This is very true. I'd rather live in Tokyo really. I dont like the government or anything here. I'm totally with you BUT there are SOME OK people in america. Most of them are buttholes :blush:

you're both making me a bit scared :? but as for Japan, i really want to move there too...i like the social system and some traditional aspects. i hope it won't be ruined by anything...

and I can do without it, but I like the nature is fantastic,
and I like the people also, mostly!

about the video: ugh, how improperly to laugh watching this situation :okashii: i can't see anything extraordinary in it btw, we have the same every single morning, but people just try to take a place by themselves, what can be a bit traumatic for passengers xD anyway, only Japan has such an insane traffic...poor guys T.T

but he sure is in real life.

Or maybe that was because he was crying during Kimi ni Negai o and Coo Quack Cluck~Kukuru immediately after announcing at Anime Matsuri that he was married to melody. (to which EVERYONE cheered as loud as they could) and was going to be a dad (to which everyone cheered even louder if that is possible). He came across as so HAPPY about becoming a father. I'm excited for him :) it's what he's always wanted.

I just found out that the Japan expo here in Sweden where Miyavi would have been preforming have just been canceled

Yes, it's not only the tickets, it also the stupid T-shirt I made for the occasion etc.
Luckily I wouldn't needed to travel to get there, it's less than a hour from where I live.
Still I'm very disappointed :(

My thought exactly also, at least the last part about Mels being late pregnant, maybe Miyavi wanted to cancel and then they didn't see any reason to go on with the Expo if the main attraction wasn't going to show up

I had also noticed that the tickets weren't sold out, which is a bit surprising as last time Miyavi was here, just a year ago, the tickets got sold out in 3 hours, now there still was tickets all the time, almost strange ! *hm*

... I don't want to seem to be "on his case" but he surely have known how to disappoint lately ... :okashii:

Well, as they say, they will try make a new Japan expo soon, maybe they find another hot main attraction, why not Gazette or maybe even Alice Nine :bravo:

I'm not subcribing to his blog anymore so I read them when and if I feel I want to.

Though not that I exactly take everything they say on the blog at face value,
there is ways to mirror things to make best appearance ...

And well, I was disappointed in him well, yeah, no doubt, but I'm kind of good handling disappointments.

I probably would have enjoyed the show never the less, so it's still a pity that it's canceled.

hmph. so i went shopping for some nice clothes to wear to a concert. guess what was in EVERY F*CKING SHOP i went to.

that's right.

flowery print neon colored leggings. apart from neon pink they also come in neon green, neon yellow, neon orange, neon purple.

in general clothing seems to look like Miyavi's technicolor fantasy. my eyes hurt. too much color!!!!!!!!!!

I mean CONSIDER....all the photos you see in magazines are RETOUCHED. which means...that every and all flaws are taken away. This photos ISN'T and it's STILL pretty damned close to perfect. I love the play of light on his face because *gasp* he isn't perfect at all....and he's still SO beautiful.

Also, miyavi is DEFINITELY not planning to stay out of the tour circuit for long. He said he's planning another world tour in the press conference at Anime Matsuri.

no, I am in germany right now and I will be here in the autum...that is not the problem...

I am just no too sure if I want to go see him live now...I wish I would have seen him before and could enjoy it to the fullest..
my attitude towards him changed, but it is hard to explain how without being misunderstood..I don´t know. I can´t see him the same way I did before, and I am not sure if I want ot seee him live..

well, exactly. I know it is partly, or just my mistake, to create an unreal personality of him, how I imagined he is, and now I am just shaken it is not like that.
He is not a bad person, he has great talent, great looks, found his hapiness (hopefully), but he is not a person I thought he is. But as I said, it is my fault.
Just there are feelings of embarasment and disappoitment in me, and I am partky disappointed from myself, and I still didn´t figure things out.
But maybe until autumn I´ll find my peace of mind again and will go see him. There is time enough...

well, If I have to be honest, I don´t think melody had had a good influence on him (or were that the problems or was he bussy) because apart from the world tour, the last xear was so...I dont know..not the best? May anyone say what he wants, but his last album is crapppy. I know, it was remixed by teddy, but still...he just needed money...

Believe me, no woman who's just had a baby 3 months ago will go along on a world tour, you breastfeed, you have to get up at least twice every night to feed it.

You are still having pains because of the childbirth.

It's not just get it out and think you'll be fine right away, it doesn't work that way.

Also you would want to be close to your regular doctor, both for the babies and your sake, in case some complications would occur !

It's a "big job" to to deliver a baby ! I know since I've done it !

So I see if it was worth all the fuzz, would be a shame otherwise *lols* and if it's 5 month from now, I'll be over it for sure, totally by then ... and when I go and see the show I'll go and stand somewhere very back in the crowd, making sure he will NOT see me !!!

Too bad I still haven't gotten back the money from the Expo tickets, I called 'ticnet' yesterday and I have to wait another week before they could give me any information about how to get the money back.

I don't want to have 1000 sek. tied up in useless tickets, I could use them to pay back a part of my "back taxes" if nothing else :okashii:

of course it's possible to check the child's gender after week 20 if you have a compliant doctor.

Mine guesses so wrong though, she said I'd get a "small girl" and I got an enormous boy instead with weight over 4kgs ... so you can never really be sure, can you *lols* ...

How ever if they suspect twins they are obligated to tell the truth and say so due to if some complications would occur with delivery, that much I know as there have been some twin births in my family and they said so !

Well, I hope they will do fine anyway, a little mivs girl or boy, so cute.

I'm sure he'll love it to death and protect it to the end of his days ... and I'll wish him all the wonderful parent feelings that one can have, and I'm know what I'm talking about really, I'm sure he'll be a great dad never the less, what ever !!!

Its nice to get to know each other and sometimes I was done with the boyfriend issue too but what should we do? I was wondering if anyone knows what gauges the Lip, nose, and Eyebrow rings that Miyavi "used" to have were. They don't look like 14gauges to me. They are really slim and thin looking. I'm guessing 18 or 20 could be 16 not sure. I am pretty sure his jewelery was Titanium Black Anodized.

And does anyone have any information on the type size of the bottom left ear piercing and right talon that he has?

i dont care about his leggins or so. I thought he sang "aishiterou kara hajimeyo" in the beginning so beautifully. And I love his performance of "As U R". Everyone has his own taste, and i am really looking forward to september x3.

well, I think that performance was (just compare it with gazette before him) and even if he had a bad day, I as a fan don´t care, because i want to see for what I paid, I hope he will be better in Vienna, for I don´t have money to throw it out of the window and I want a real performance not an infantile, ridiculous hopping on the stage

Oh, well, with your expectations I suppose you will get disappointed, mostly because I think you expect to get disappointed, and ok, considering, I don't blame you.

Well, maybe I'm lucky, I don't have do deal with, as he is not coming here, though I think I'll ending up missing it, either way ... so be happy, you get to see him at all ...

Something that I am a bit surprised about is that it doesn't seem to be anybody here who have any children, besides me, or even one, I mean, there are girls 25+ here, even a few at least, and I got my son when I had just turned 23, and I have friends who had children as young as 16-18 or so, so there should be some "mothers" here, but it doesn't seem that way ... funny really ... hm ...

haha you cannot compare gazette with miyavi. I mean gazette made a masterpice of performance as usual. Look at the crowd´s reaction. They just get started with gazette and stop with them.
For me there are no better performer, but it does not make miyavi´s stage hopping look rediculous to me. i still love it :)
but I am sure he will do something diffrent in autumn. So let´s see i am curious.

it is just I have my clear mind and now I can look at him more objective as I did before and I see things I didn´t see.

Well, of course I can see what you mean, but I'm trying to see all points of the view ... actually I think he have been longing to say this also, I think he have felt bound by the contract to PSC he had, I think a big part of him have hated what he had to become, what he had to hide, what he had to pretend to be.
Ok, it was his choice all the way from the beginning, but in the end, it really didn't change anything.
He is "free now" and I think ok, I can be selfish too, and wish, this was not the way I wish things would have been, but it's the cards we've been dealt and I still wish him all the happiness a person he can have, I think he deserves it ... despite the obvious deception, but I don't blame it all on him personally ... I think it's important to try to see beyond that, somehow ...
...and for the others, of course, you have children when/if when ever you feel ready for it, not a second before *lols*, but it's still feels cool that I'm not the only parent around here :-)

I'm not planning on mini-me's until I finish university and travel. So many times I've been thinking of dropping out and having one, especially tonight seeing as my partners brother's girlfriend is in labour right now!! AIIIIIEEEE!!! My niece/nephew is on his/her way!!!! :D :D :D :D

It was a false start. Her waters broke but she didn't have any contractions until 1am this morning. But she had a little girl, 6lb 4oz. Olivia. So gorgeous!! She looks like her Daddy!! Auntie Kukuruu, it is then!! :P :)

Oh, so cute, well, when the water have broken, it'll come within like at most 48h anyways ...

Congrats, great, I'm an aunt my self, my bothers' got a son, though unfortunately we live very far away from each other and don't really have any contact, not because of the distance actually, it have other reasons which I'm not going into for the moment.

Back to Miyavi (sorry I can't help going off topic recently!!)...

I spent a huge amount of money on my guitar today. I have a Washburn DK20T (a nice "beginners" guitar - cheers for that mum, I've been playing for years) and got GHS Fast-Fret, D'addario strings (brass wound 11-52) and I'm shortly getting the silly plastic nut and bridge replaced with ivory... I thought okay... now that my guitar sounds better... I'll have another go at that Miyavi slap. And wow! What a difference a bit of tlc and maintenance does!! So close to getting it spot on. Just a couple of days and I'll have cracked it!!

Anybody else play guitar here? Have you tried the slap yet (I can't be bothered finding the title... the one at the start of the Selfish Love pv?)????

I don't really play guitar x3 My brother has 2 guitars and I tried something on acoustic but I like to play piano more :3 And its hard to play guitar with long nails ;__; I like to keep them x3

I play piano too. I prefer guitar, but I'm better at piano and bass guitar (i know there's not too much difference... the difference is in the technique) But my nails always chip and break anyway, so I keep them short.

I started by playing bass when I was 12, got my first bass for my 13th. Played piano/keyboard since I was about 9. Can't remember when I first played a guitar. Probably around 13/14. Saxaphone, I got for my 18th... STILL can't play it!! I love instruments... I just tend to go through phases where I'm like "Oh that bit of that song is awesome. It's on saxaphone? I'm getting a saxaphone!!" then fail to play it. I think maybe I should sell it. lol.

Anyways. Off to annoy my neighbours with my sexy new strings.

Well they already know they are together so if there was a picture it wouldn't make a big difference x3 I just think he wants to let it be a private situation.

Well, of course, that was not the point either, he have admitted it, so there is no doubt really, that was not it. But in US for example there is these "paparazzis" that makes big money of taking pictures of famous people and selling them to magazines etc. You know the "Lady Di" story, she died because of paparazzis ... it was so sad really :(

But also in US many famous people sell their private occasions pictures to them who can pay the most for them ... it's all "just business" you know ...

And as for playing instruments, no, not RL instruments, I can create music in PC programs, actually, I'm not bad at it at all and also I can sing, I have a crystal clear hight pitch voice actually, but no real instruments, they take too much time to learn and I'm not interested enough ...

guitar is very simple to learn actually once you get the basics... if i can get it so can you... it is the playing itself that hurts... esp miyavi style... owie... anyway i know guitar, bass, bit of piano and bit of drums, and i can write music... i wanna be a singer tho... but i do get those moments when i wanna be the one playing the awesome guitar solo in the middle of X's Standing Sex XD Hide's the bomb, sucks he died... (NOT HYDE!!!)

is the st petersburg show all sold out? cuz it seems i wont be in town to catch any nyc shows he may throw out...

I have some eating problems too last days. Im not eating much and my doctor is pretty worried about it. I like to eat though but I lost weight allot and I wasn't very let say fat before I got sick. My weight is like 40 kilo now and my height is 157 cm. Before I got sick I didn't really paid attention to it but I feel so weak now x__x I need to gain some pounds quikly now of my doctor and mom

you must be very nervous about your responsibilities. i had the same situation myself a couple years ago, i really didn't want to eat, having lots of duties what i couldn't handle up to its deadline. but you know it was a very hard feeling, i thought i was gonna kill myself :shock:

Hiya guys, I haven't been here for ageeees. Does anyone have the rest of the photos (preferably larger) from the 'escape' shoot where he has blue paint stripes painted over him, and he's wearing all white except for a symbol of a man running out of a door on his shirt? I lost all my Miyavi photos cos my hard drive messed up, and I need it asap for a project I'm doing... I've been trying to search for them for days but haven't been able to find them online, besides this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am pretty little so a girl behind me picked me up when I came on stage again and I was pretty higher than other people because that girl picked me up so I looked to me like: wow did u grow?! x3 *Magical moment in my life* o 3o

Well, you don't have to worry, I wont be around this thread for a lot I just came in to say that refunding of the Japan Expo tickets will start next Monday, but it'll be a short window only from the 25 may to 8 jun.
