:bawling: 誰がたすけてくださいU___U なくなく. I'm fed up of eating spegheti !
I want something new >__<. What I want is something that has to do with noodles, something very simple to prepare not just normal instant ramen.
But some easy recipe that has to do with instant noodles or ramen or soba or udon, I don't know any kind of great noodle recipe PLEASE!!!
So anybody please post your simple recipe ^^.
Well the good thing is that I know how to cook so don't be scared. I know how to cook yakisoba and other stuff but I can't seem to do things in a simple way :p .
And if you also know where I can find great deals for buying japanese food on the net like noodle, wasabi, nori, rice, snacks please let me know like that I won't need to order the stuff from my chinese grocery store.
じゃあ、ありがとうございますみなさん!!!!!!!!

Serves two
noodle
negi
1 tbsp ginger, grated
cooking oil or sesami oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water or sake if desired

this is the simplest yakisoba recipe, but it taste fabulous.
when you need south eastern flavors, use namplaa or nuoc-mam instead of soy sauce.

Chinese noodle for yakisoba is better, but pasta such as capellini goes well with the sauce as well. You can add whatever you like, garlic, onion, bean sprout, mushrooms or else. If you like spicy taste, use dried chili or chinese chili paste.
It is easy to remember the ratio, 1:1:1, n'est ce pas?
I believe the greatest Chinese invention is not kanji, but oyster sauce. Use it for stir-fried vegetable, and it tastes like an authentic Chinese dish.

Quick and easy yakisoba #2
Serves two
Whisk 2 tbsp ketchup and 2 tbsp milk
Stir-fry noodle well, personally I like to brown noodle slightly, and set aside.
Saute vegitables and bacon with butter.
Add the noodle in the pan
Pour ketchup and milk
Salt and pepper to taste
