Monthly mansions in Fukuoka

My girlfriend and I are trying to move to Fukuoka before I begin my job as an ALT next Spring. Is it easy for Koreans to find housing in a monthly mansion? I've looked at prices online in Fukuoka, everything from $450 to $900 USD, but until I actually arrive I don't know how difficult it will be. Unfortunately, we don't speak more than introductions.
