New Years Travel

The only time of the year where I get some days off.

I was tring to take a trip to Hong Kong or somewhere else, but i dont think I can afford it.

So I was wondering how traveling was during the holidays?

I was thinking of doing Kyoto for like 3 days or something. Maybe swing by somewhere else as well.

I have the 25th off till the 3rd, but i wont go anywhere till the 27th.

I live in Kawasaki city, but easy to get into Shinjuku or whatever station i need.

Travelling in Japan is fine. But banks can be iffy during the holiday, so be sure to get all the money you'll need before the holiday. travelling overseas from japan will be incredibly expensive though. and it might be tough to find a flight at this point.

Well, i was hopeing to ge ta cheap flight to Hong Kong or something, but it doesnt look too likely, ill try again next week, but i guess my chances are slim to none. I may as well head to Kyoto then?
