OMG! Juka is back!:yeahh: He is with a new band called Hizaki Grace Project and the band has come out with a new music video!
click here to watch the Philosopher PV by Hizaki Grace Project (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJLd-5HBtDE)
:? I'm not sure if people can post youtube links in this forum. I read the rule thing and it said that you cannot link to sites that let you download things on to your computer but on youtube you can only watch videos not download them. So don't be too mad at me if youtube links are outlawed, because Ifm not sure.:sorry:

I have the new album, Diginity of Crest and because I bought the first-press edition I got a DVD with the Philosopher PVand a commercial! *showing off*
Anyhoo, i'm too lazy to type up a new review so i'm just going to copy and paste an old one a did on another site if that's ok? :-)
I got my copy of Dignaty of Crest today, so I shall write a brief review.
Because I pre-ordered my copy I got a DVD with their first Promontional Video on it, for the first song on their album "Philosopher".
The video:
Looks kinda cheaply made and ameturish (most of the money probably went on hiring the stately mansion where it was filmed), though I think it's adds a certain charm to it, others may think differently.
The members of the band spend most of their time during the PV standing around and posing awkwardly, the only time they don't look awkward is when they're playing their instruments, which, again, I find endearing.
The album:
Unfortunetly I haven't had a chance to listen to it all the way through yet (I had to go to work today) but my preliminary views on the album is that it contains some good strong rock songs with heavy classical influence as well as a decent, but not over-bearing, dose of sythensised harpsichord, mixed with Juka's gorgeous operatic-esqe voice.
Though on the tracks where Juka uses his infamous "death voice" it's nice to see he's made a noticable improvement since his days in Moi dix Mois.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase and hope that HIZAKI grace project go on to great sucess.

I've always thought of them as a non-goth Moi dix Mois.......
Oh well who cares, I like them and that's all that matters.

Well.. thats absolutely righ^^ They are everything but goth actually^^ Its just the vocals that gives me a little Moi Dix Mois feeling^^and I like that. Is there any other releases linked to the band? I have seen and heard some of Hizaki.. is that the same Hizaki as in Hizaki Grace Project? (know thats an absolute idiot question, but I am just curious)
Oh! and Leviathan... I see that you are from Norway eh^^
Hvor er du fra I dette kalde koselige land? ^^Velkommen til forumet forresten^^

^ Yeah, Hizaki was in Sulfuric Acid! I haven't got any of their music, though. I have Hizaki's solo album where Fu~ki from Blood did guest vocals. It's pretty good (the vocal-less tracks... lol... I like the guitaring  ). But I haven't heard the Hizaki Grace Project album yet. :(

Yeah! And its altso very cool that they actually play the instruments in the video! Like in the Malice Mizer videos, the band members just move theire hands over the guitars :P looks silly, but its all part of the Malice Mizer charm^^

MALICE plays their instruments too, just in certain PVs. ^^ But lives are for playing their instruments. :3 They can be creative/pretty/fun in PVs.

Juka's releasing a solo single called "Aravesque" on March 28th. ^_^ According to CD Japan it's being written and produced by Kamijo and Hizaki.
http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=SASCD-10
It's on the label Sherow Artist Society and while there's very little information about the single there so far, here's the link in case anyone wants to check for updates later:

I thought Juka (along with most of the others in the PV) were acting very cheesy/over dramatic. XD But that's what makes them lovable. I can't wait to hear Juka's single too! *wonders if Juka has his own thread and goes to check*
