Somethings up ?? Avatars won't load?

Never ran into this one before? When I download any animated avatar, it fails to load and work. It either loads half of the image or has blackouts as the animation plays through. Animated gifs already loaded seem to be OK and working fine, only when you try to download a new animated gif you run into the problem. I tried about 10 different ones in a row, they preview and work fine until you download them, no clue what's going on.

I've used the same avatar for ove a year and feel like It's time for a change. However, the new avatar won't upload. Can you help me out with this? Or could you just retire my account and I'll start with a new name and avatar.
