Can I bring paint markers in my luggage?

I'm going to Japan in March and I wanted to know if I can bring my pen/markers with me. I have open and closed ones. They are similar to these artprimo.com/paint_markers.php
They are made in Japan so I know they're legal over there, I just don't know if you can fly with them since they are flamible. Any info or links would be helpful.
