Okay, here's one. I have some Ramen kits that I brought back from Japan but I can't actually translate enough of the instructions to make them. The kits include noodles, packs of paste, spring onions and ginger. I can make out a 270cc of something, and 1 and a half minutes, but I'm not entirely sure. Can someone help please, I want to eat ramen.
I've taken a photo of the offending instructions if someone can assist. I'd be very grateful. Caution it's a large photo, I can try something clearer if need be.

You're right.
The 270cc hot water is for the soup, and just dilute the soup paste in it. If you're lazy, you can use the water when you cook the noodle, actually I sometimes do. But I highly recommend you should prepare the hot water separetely, esp. when you cook fresh ramen noodle.

Cook noodle in boiling water for 1 and a half min

I presume then I just bung the spring onion in before serving then, plus any meat or other stuff I want.

I don't know what bung means, but what it says is...

1. Place the noodles in boiling water and boil 'til somewhat firm (about 1'30"). Drain water well.
2. Place contents of soup packet in a bowl and dissolve in 270cc hot water.
3. Add boiled noodles into bowl from step 2.
4. Add green onions and red ginger.

And then it says to add whatever you like to it (pork, fresh green onions, garlic, mushrooms, sesame, etc.
