Support World War II "Comfort Women"

Rep. Michael Honda (D-CA) has reintroduced his resolution on "Protecting the Human Rights of Comfort Women" House Resolution 121 denounces Japan's sexual enslavement of Asian and Pacific Island women during World War II and demands that the Japanese government apologize and accept historical responsibility.

I don't know what to put here.
This is a bit of news pertaining to the Comfort Women categoy,
but I do not know what to comment.

Should Japan re-appologize, as the US congress resolution requests they do?
Should the US congress just shut the heck up?


Apparently Japan already appoligized in 1993,
however,
the resolution does say:
Whereas Japanese public and private officials have recently expressed a desire to dilute or rescind the 1993 statement by Chief Cabinet Secretary Yohei Kono on the `comfort women', which expressed the Government's sincere apologies and remorse for their ordeal;
