I use ITunes to listen to my music, so my playlist is way to long to copy and past it here

Anyway I listened to Noriyuki makihara yesterday, because we need some songs for our wedding ceremony.

What a sad thread!

I don't have a playlist - my aural pleasure comes solely from my ability to manage my cd collection at home, trying to find what I want to play (and rarely if ever, but I come across other bits and pieces that are always fun:-)

Saying that, i've gladly stumbled across the mp3 version of Richard Ashcroft's album Keys to the World on my HD just now. Good, happy, positive vibes, and great tunes! Kanpai!

:bravo:

I don't know about Liz Phair quite yet, but I certainly will in an hour or two when i've got the download!

anyone who includes Galaxie 500 in their playlist deserves a reckoning on whatever else they listen to, in my book!

I finally found another Liz Phair fan. Most people I know have never heard of her.Haha, yeah, I think I picked up a couple of tracks from my younger sister, and now I probably have the majority of her albums, all but the last are good in my book, with some hits or misses here or there, her last self titled albums simply seems to be someone doing a parody of Liz Phair... if HWC is the answer to Flower, then, I think she's just trying to sell herself as shocking....

anyone who includes Galaxie 500 in their playlist deserves a reckoning on whatever else they listen to, in my book! :cool:To carry on, I don't see many people who even know who Galaxie 500 are... never was a big fan of Luna, I'll maybe have to go back and readdress their work, but you can't really ignore a band that at the very least has an ex-Feelies member.

Here is my current Japanese Pop playlist... Some of it runs into the "Urban" teritory, but it's all still basically pop... It lacks a lot of other stuff, more indies based, (like Green Melon, The Plastics, The Spoozys, etc) because I haven't picked up my HDs from New York yet, and all my music is on there--- this basically constitutes what I took w/ me since I left Japan, and what I've put together piecemeal to serve my happy-bubbly Pop cravings...

I'll note that though I'm not a big fan of what constitutes Visual Kei (any more... I mean, who around here remembers Glay...), Aguro Kei, or Oshare Kei, my tastes run basically hot & cold, from catchy bubbly idol pop, to Merzbow / Gore Beyond Necropsy / The Boredoms (who made the soundtrack to Koroshiya Ichi) / Guitar Wolf & Thee Michelle gun Elephant... I am however, absolutely no fan whatsoever of (any) Boy bands, the likes of such as V, or anything for example, made under the Johhny's Jimusho (http://wiki.theppn.org/Johnny%27s_Jimusho) banner... I don't like boy bands, period. ;)

Okay, here we go...

01. BENNIE K - Syncroni-City (Opening)
02. HALCALI - Tougenyou
03. KOTOKO - Princess Bride! (see, I'm not made of stone)
04. BENNIE K - サンライズ
05. W - SEXY SNOW
06. Berryz Koubou - Piriri to ikou
07. M-flo Feat EMYLI & Diggy-Mo (SOUL'd OUT) - Dopamine
08. Berryz Koubou - Katcho Ee
09. Plus-Tech Squeezebox - Early Riser (ooh, outlier track)
10. Namie Amuro - WANT ME, WANT ME
11. W - JINX
12. Morning Musume - Chokkan 2 (Nogashita sakana ookii zo!)
13. BENNIE K - オアシス(Feat.Diggy-MO’)
14. Tommy february6 - E-Mail more
15. Berryz Koubou - Natsu Wakame
16. Chieco Kawabe - Sakura Kiss (how can you not love this (http://wiki.theppn.org/Kawabe_Chieco))
17. Heartsdales - Wild
18. Morning Musume - Go Girl! Koi no Victory
19. W - Nagisa no kagikakko
20. Namie Amuro - Queeen of Hip-Pop
21. M-Flo - Candy Pop feat. SOUL'd OUT & Heartsdales
22. W - Ai no imi wo oshiete!
23. Tommy february6 - ChOOSe mE or Die
24. Chieco Kawabe - shima uma no yoru
25. Ai Outsuka - Sakuranbo
26. Pink Lady - South Paw
27. W - ロボキッス
28. Tommy february6 - Lonely in Gorgeous
29. Chieco Kawabe - Be Your Girl
30. Heartsdales - Baby Shine
31. Polysics - Electric Surfin' Go Go (oooh, the other outlier track)

...what can I say, I know this list makes me look like a huuuuuge otaku, but, I think if you're familiar with my writing on this forum you'll know that I'm not... Let's just say I'm not a collector of 320bit complete-discographies & every flawless VOB file released... But, I make no bones about it: I just dig the girl pop, mang.
