I think it means, "I love you", but I'm not 100% sure...

恋してる koi shiteru = (I'm) in love.
It could be "you are, he/she is, they are" depending on the context.

愛してる = aishiteru means "(I) love you".
Again, the subject of the verb varies depending on the context, but mainly it is used to say "I love you".
