Help with psp internet

i need help getting on to the internet on my psp i set everything up but when i try to get connected to the internet it says that there was a connetion error and im not sure whats wrong. Can anyone help me???

did you allready downloaded PSP 3.10?? you google it, after that you need a memorystick of at least 512mb after that you need to setup your network configuration and after that you can try to connect with internet, it doesn't always work! (i have also PSP ceramic white with Ai Otsuka layout :p im also a psp freak :p)

Also, don't forget that the PSP WiFi antenna is very directional. Watch your signal strength and dont run around too much while you're surfing. Also, the stronger the signal, the better. I can't get a stable WiFi connection unless it is at least 1/3 strength. I aim to have at least 2/3 to guarantee a stable and fast connection.

well thanks for all your help but i found out whats wrong i needed to go to the tech support here at the university and have them do some stuff to it

nothing was wrong its just my university had some special code they have to put in before i can use the wireless there its a security thing

Ahhh... I have that at my uni, but in order for me to access the internet I need to run an applet, which I can't because it only runs under windows. Ultimate crapness.
