Cheap Hotel in Osaka

First I wanted to have my accomodation at Hotel Chuo at Shin-Imamiya Station.
But I heard it had pretty rotten surroundings, and since it's my holidays I don't want to stay at such a place.

The only other Hotel cheap hotel I found was Hotel Kinki. But I read that the location is not suitable for children. What does that mean. Are the surrounding also rotten or is it because of the night clubs?

Do you know any other cheap hotels, especially in Nanba, for under 5.000 Yen for a single room?

And I do not know a lot about a town of Osaka.
Because I searched some cheap guest houses,
