The winner is from Japan. How crazy is that.
Anybody else watch the pageant? I just happened to turn it on and saw the results.

I didn't see it, but I read the article about it. Such a beauty, wonderful woman. When I first saw some pics of the women about a month ago, this one got my eye, she seemed to have great wit. The only thing I could say when I saw her was "damn".

Eh... I see her type everyday in Tenjin. Sure she's an attractive enough physical specimen but I don't know... nothing about her really stands out to me as special with the exception of her height. Anyways, nice to see Japan win the crown for the 2nd time in the pageant's history. I'm sure she'll be an able representative.

I would like to ask one question here is it just me......
I wonder if everything in the picture of her in her swimsuit is "real" or has she had assistance helping her to "fill" it out?

oishii?
Yeah Iron I know what you mean, she looked averagely cute. So did Korea, Miss Korea looked like your typical femal korean movie star. I guess Japan just has so many beautiful women they just sent who ever. kekekeke

Damn, and I had my money on Miss. Xeshan Feedlefrox from Frintwoodle 6. I'm sure she would have caught the judges eye. She has 24 of them. It seems that they don't go for 12 foot spider lizards. Better luck next time.:-)

Thanks, I kind of figured it was the padding oops I mean the lighting that made her appear a bit more rounded out.

Although beauty pagent contestants are by all means physically attractive, when I see them competing, I am almost never interested.
I don't know what it is....the fashion they wear?@@Their make-up? Them being "fake" for the judges?
I don't know, but although she technically is beautiful, Mori is definately not my Miss Universe.

Wow, this reminds me of the movie "Little Miss Sunshine", except this is for the older girls.
They are all beautiful, but I think they wear way too much make-up and that makes them look kind of less attractive to me.
she should have fired her costume designer.
Yeah, that costume was unfortunate.

In the link Damicci provided she looks like either a hooker or a stripper...or is that just me???
@ Obeika...their real...I've seen much larger than her on a daily basis that are real too. If she were going to have work done they would be bigger than that. Looks quite average to me for a Japanese lady.

It seems some people were talking about her on a mixi blog and noted she is very average looking. But the contest isn't just about looks...........or is it?

I heard that the media hardly covered this, maybe due to the suicide of the Agriculture Minister.
In India they went crazy - there it was really a boost to their self-confidence to win Miss Universe.
