Kamikaze boyz [カミカゼ少年團] [or Kamikaze Shounendan] is a fairly new visual indies band, having started up late 2004. Official homepage is located here.

microphone: tetora (弖虎) (I think they mean vocals)
guitar: irikawa keiji (イリカワケイジ)
bass: shuri (シュリ)
drums: shingo
