J deathmetal

okay the closests i heard to j deathmetal is deathgaze and since 1889 but my friend told me about worm and he said they where japanese deathmetal band but im not sure haha and also hellchild i heard was J deathmetal too and I was wondering if anybody knows some info on J deathmetal?!

hmm... well deathmetal/metal in general isn't very popular in japan, so you're probably gonna have to dig deep. i'm not good with metal genres and classifying music (ahhhh i like metal and i couldn't tell you the difference between speed and death if i tried x_x), but music similar to deathgaze and since1889: lynch., BIO Glammy, Blood Stain Child is some form of metal, but not death, suicide ali (kind of), UnsraW (or some form of metal), Sadie sometimes, MaveRick sometimes... ehhhh... everything i'm thinking of has death metal element, but drifts into the typical VK sound...

^_^ if you find anything report back so i can hunt it down! (a lot of the stuff i listed are my favorites XD harder stuff=THE BEST)

Well I dunno about death metal (isn't it defined by the lyrics? and I don't understand most of the lyrics in Japanese! :blush: ) but some of my favourite more metal-orientated bands as well as deathgaze are lynch., OZ, Suicide Ali, Blast, Gullet, Mist of Rouge, Berry, Crosshard and Galneryus (the last 2 being more like traditional '80s metal so I dunno if you would like them, but anyway they have very nice guitaring :relief: ). D'espairsRay are a good heavier band but more orientated around electronic effects and without anything really interesting in the guitar part, but maybe worth a listen if your tastes lean towards industrial. :p
