I remember that a little while ago I found a website that had a lot of interesting information on Japan, like history and things, as well as a downloadable pdf textbook that had 100 pages or so. I spent about an hour yesterday trying different keywords in google, looking through the sites that came up; but none of them were it. Google is no longer my friend :(.
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you guys knew what site this could be? I remember it had some pictures of japanese buildings on the top (just single story ones), and may or may not have been associated with a University.
Thanks for your help :).

Not sure if this is the exact one you're looking for but this site has a lot of good material, in PDF, HTML, etc formats.
It's definitely worth exploring.

Is this the building?

Lol naw anatoli, that isnt the building. One story I say, one! :). Thanks for the link, anyway.

I've never really liked askjeeves though, mainly because of the fact that there is like a page of "sponsored results" before you get to the stuff you actually might want. :(
