i thought it might be cool to learn japanese from a different perspective, so anybody know any forums (besides this one) where japanese ppl learn english and post their questions (kinda like the complete opposite of this forum)?

Most of the forum listed in the above page are in Japanese - many people learning English (especially beginners) are not fluent enough to pose questions in English after all - so perhaps you need to be fluent in Japanese upto a certain degree to answer their questions.
