There are a couple of words in a song I would like to know. I tried looking it up in dictionaries but they don't have it.
Here's the sentence:
pitto shanto shinakucha
the sentence translates to "I have to work out more, or I have to get into shape"
what does pitto and shanto mean??

My guess for pitto is the english word 'fit'.
According to a dictionary "shanto suru" means "to pull oneself together".
Of course "shinakucha" means "I must". So the sentence can turn out to be "I have to get my act together to be fit".

pitto=>it is an onomatopia. The nuance may be "quickly" like when you use a smart card.
shanto: you can use the word for your posture or mind.
Posture=> My grandmather is 100 years old, but she still stood erect.
おばあちゃんは100才ですが、いまだにしゃんとしています。
Mind=>I've got to hold on to myself (or be determined) for the next test, even though I could not pass the test.
試験に落ちたけど、次の試験に向けて、しゃんとしないといけない。
I think the lyric is about your mind.
