Seeking jobs(semiconductor or anything

Dear All

I would like to seek some advice on getting a job in semiconductor field. I have experience in device and process of semiconductor chips.
But currently I am not yet good enough in Nihongo. I can read and write katagana and some simple dialogues. Since I am a Chinese ethnic , I do comprehend almost all Japanese Kanji (not the right pronounciation though).

I need a job to support my family here in Tokyo and also my newly born baby girl.
So I appreciate anyone who has some tips of getting the right jobs. Also do remind me what are the things would be asked regarding Japanese culture since I am a gaijin who is trying to survive here in Tokyo. I worries to get rejected due to my lack of understanding in Japanese cultures and forbidden rules.

I tried almost all job agencies I can find but so far, really no news(at least posiive one). If any kind souls out there know any admin, customer service , or any decent ones which requires English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay language skills, do recommend to me the ooportunities.
