In Europe we have Euronews, a news channel in 7 languages. Just press on the remote to change the language. So I can watch the same news in English, French or Italian any time I want. It is useful to practice listening. I wish to find a similar channel with Japanese, Mandarin and English because I am learning Japanese and Mandarin. Is there a channel like that with a website where I can watch the news ?

there are quite some programs (mainly news and sport) shown on Japanese tv that also have english commentary. Try to go to the websites of big japanese tv channels as NHK Fuji TV Tokyo TV etc...

the only shows that i've seen that have english & mandarin combined are those that teach english (i'm currently in taiwan).
the only shows that i've seen that have mandarin & japanese combined are japanese news channels/learn japanese channels that have chinese subtitles.
i doubt that such a multilingual channel with j, m, and e exists.
