New community website on Asia searching for moderators and help to promote Japan

Hi all!
I made a new community website focused on Asia. Everybody can write its own articles there, discuss in the forum, post and view pictures, videos, makes new friends and more. Let me know of your critics please.
Everyone is welcome.
I am searching particularly new people to join the team (moderators, some people to write more articles, to add music videos or other videos...) so do not hesitate!

I just want to give advice, if you looking for moderators for your Asia forum you should find Asian peoples since if you choose non Asian as your moderators they will often judge something the members did on your forum based on their own personal matters and not because of justice.

hehe well I welcome anybody and every moderator should be open-minded which is unfortunately not the case on all forums I posted in but you people seem to be great!
The purpose for me is to find more asians cause a website on asia run only by a white guy that seems to offend some people especially when I say I am married to an Asian girl lol so I would be so grateful if most of the content (forum+articles) was handled by Asians. Anyway thanks for your replies

That would be funny to start an "XYZ Forum" (put whatever race you want in front of forum) by someone not of that race. I know there are probably lots out there. I think I will start an XYZ Forum and act like I am XYZ so I can exploit the XYZ and make money off of them. Be careful all you XYZ's out there cause this weekend I will trick you into joining my forum and wrap Google Ads around it, and laugh all the way to the bank. ;-)

Well this is exactly the point everybody can see who I am on my website since I am the first person to be added as everyone's friend and they can see who are those who answer or write something on Asia. So the most people from Asia there are and the more relevant the info is right? Already some people from asia wrote some of the articles and moderate the forum. So in sum I show who is handling the website and I welcome any who would like to help so that I am not alone on the technical side and already content (articles+forum) is generated by people from china, philippines, indonesia....
As to the google ads (just one in the top banner, the ones on the bottom of the first page are free as it says) I hoped to get a bit of the money back: I won 5 dollars so far and invested several hundreds in it already (and still have to pay hosting every month) so I'm not ready to make any money out of it like most of the webmaster would know. I also propose to give the money to associations helping Asia. But if you want me to remove it because you think this would make the website more credible then no problem I will remove it (just reply below and I'll do it). You are welcome to join the team to control everything that seems tricky to you.
This is exactly the point any suggestion welcome and I'll do whatever I can to make it better. This is a website that everybody is welcome to help change in a better way.

Ps: You are welcome to make a forum about europe I don't see any problem.
Just make sure to give information on your Asian forum that the one who made your forum are not Asian, that way I don't see there is a problem a non Asian make something such as a forum that discussing about Asian.

Don't pretent to be part of something when you are not part of it, it may hurt those you try to be part of

I have seen many Asian forum made by non Asian to gain profit from it especially from the dating section, too bad that many peoples fooled and join it. Those forums even have a gold member section that need money to join in.

Haha, you mean Asian are the only people who can based their action on Justice, but not on their own personal matters?

I just checked it, looks pretty good and has potential. I "might" join later...just that I am on so many at the moment. I don't like the font in the forum banner though :p
