Hi everyone. I was just wondering...is SKIN still on? Gackt seems to be working on his own stuff and so is Miyavi...... and there's no news on SKIN... or did I miss them out?

Errrm. As far as I can tell it's all still on, and we are just waiting for them to give us new information. I have been following Gackt updates as closely as I can, and I haven't heard anything, but I also haven't heard anything suggesting that plans were cancelled. I am already saving money for if/when they come to America though.

Ah good! So I haven't missed out anything. But the progress is real slow na. Nothing in Japan yet either. I've been waiting for the Guru band for a while and there's still nothing and Gackt's individual progress seems to be accelerating, Ghost following so closely after the release of Jesus, makes me really worry if SKIN's inactive. Ok! If there's anything on SKIN, do update :-) Thanks!

I still can't picture Gackt on the same stage as Miyavi. I don't know why that feels so weird to me. But it really does.

Ah yes. That's probably it. The stage is just not big enough for the two of them. I actually, sadly, do not know much of Miyavi's music. I watched a couple PVs on Youtube, but that's all. Even that is enough for me to like him, though. I wish that I could listen to some of his music. :(

Miyavi posted something on his blog a while ago that basically said... he was going to play guitar "as the guitarist for S.K.I.N.".

Sounds like its still on, according to him... just taking them a looooong time to release anything... :'( Not fair!! Gackt, Sugizo AND Miyavi!! So unfair... wish I was in LA back in 2007... grrrrrr....

And I think someone posted on their blog saying that they are already rehearsing for SKIN, I think must be Miyavi. But they're really taking such a long time. Jeez... my expectations are so high when they're such a godly band taking such a long time.
