This is Japanese News but my main reason is I want to hear some realistic opinions on how it will affect my favorite band as they are considered one of his assets.
Most places I go J-Rock Forums/Livejournal are treating it like its no big deal except for a few people. Now for people who live in Japan and no how the society works could you explain to me what the future outcome could be?
Theft of 320,000,000 yen from a major advertising company: former company employee arrested
A former employee of the major advertising company Asatsu DK, INC and the executive of a music label were arrested in connection with fraud totaling 320,000,000 yen. In 2001, Kaku Kouichi* (39), a former employee of ADK, Tomioka Yuu [DYNAMITE TOMMY] (43), the president of the music label FREE-WILL, and Murasaki Ittoku (35) of the same firm placed a false order for costumes, concert costs, music video costs, and other overhead costs for the popular band Dir en grey, and are suspected of fradulently taking 324,000,000 yen from Asatsu DK, INC. The majority of the money was given to Tomioka by Kaku*. In regards to the investigation, Kaku* confessed to the charges while Tomioka denies them.

I have a friend who is saying that all the other bands that is under this guy Dynamite Tommy will be okay but Dir en grey will recieve the worst of it because he used their name directly saying the money was stolen to make their video.
So far the website of all his bands says that nothing is changed and everything will go as planned. But Merchandise for Dir en grey has been pulled off of shelves and ticket sales for their current Japanese tour has been suspended. YET ticket sales in Europe for the upcoming tour their are still going on sale.
I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section but I wanted to post this in an area where I could get some serious discussion instead of inane drivel of fangirls saying oh it will be ok you worry to much.
