View Full Version : Japan trip sentences
Hi again. Sorry to be a bother but I was wondering how you'd say.
"I have decided to go to Kyushu, Japan with my family next year from the 11th to the 17th of April." using koto ni shimasu.

How about showing us your best attempt at it first?
yeah, good idea.. I shouldn't be lazy. I'll be back with my attempt in a bit. :-)
来年は四月十一日まで四月十七日からかぞくと日本のきゅしゅへ行く事にします.

pretty close. から~まで is like "from~until;" you had them switched. Also, since Kyushu is only in Japan (and written 九州/きゅうしゅう), it's not necessary to specify any further than that. Lastly, instead of 行く (go), I'd say 旅行する/りょこうする (travel). Both are alright, but the latter is more specific to a trip, as opposed to other reasons for going there.
来年の4月11日から17日まで家族と(一緒に)九州に旅行することにしました。
thanks a bunch! that sounds much better.
長崎県と大分県と佐賀県へを特に行きたい.
does anyone know what the correct use of particles would be here? also do you think it could sound better and how so?
:thankyou:

Please stop asking the same question in more than one thread. Thank you.
