This years http://www.japanexpo.org/ will be held December 1 (Sat.) and December 2 (Sun.) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
At the Expo, you can obtain travel guides, gifts, manga, toys, food, cookware, chopsticks, dishes, appliances and see live demonstrations and shows.
I've attended the last few shows and always had a good time. It is a good place to get travel brochures and ideas for your next trip.
