Laforet/ 109/ 0101?

Does anyone know what is the main focus of each of the above shopping centers? I understand 0101 is for punk/alternative clothes, but what about the rest?

They are all fashion-oriented department stores.
0101 is called as "Marui".
Marui One at Shinjuku is a goth-loli, lolita or punkish mutant comparing with other Marui stores, so you may be a bit disappointed at other Marui if you expect to see the mutants.

I don't know what you really want. Do you want to wear the goth-loli dresses?
If it is for your marketing or researching purposes, Isetan may also be your target as a leading fashion store.

Shibuya109(Shibuya):
Gyaru-fashion
really fashionable clothing at an affordable price
it's pretty noisy and lively there (but I love it)

Laforêt(Harajuku):
many foreign brands, in general more casual than the Shibuya109. On the bottom floor are also gothic/lolita shops. Some brands are quite expensive

O1O1(Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya,...):
I think one of the Shinjuku 0101s sells gothic/lolita stuff, but the others are pretty "neet" and casual, quite expensive
