今日は,
Japanese-Russian language exchange is sought.
I'll teach you Russian, you teach me Japanese.
I am native Russian with linguistic background with some knowledge of Japanese and other tongues.
Please don't just reply to offer help in Japanese, I am interested in meeting Japanese people learning Russian. Sorry, not offering to teach English either :)

Considering rather a limited number of active Japanese members here, I'd like to suggest to try the following:
http://www.japan-guide.com/local/
So far there are only 10 Japanese who is/wants learning Russian but if you put your own ad, you might get more feedbacks. You can also try the "friend" category where you can specify the language.
This website might be also interesting for you.

I put my ad (free of charge) and sometimes I get messages, maybe it's worthwhile to try.
I wish you good luck! :)

Thank you for the links but I am familiar with both sites and I am registered. :)
I am not desperate, just refreshed the posts. I get occasional contacts.

ロシア語学習者の数は英語、中国語、ハングルよりずっと少ないと思いますので、よいサイトを見つけるのは大 変ですね。
こちらを試しては?

Thanks, yeah, I saw blogs like forums with low activities before.
I actually find this one not bad:
