The use of ようでさァ

魂の叫びが聞こえてくるようでさァ

I translated the above as: "The outcry of the soul is a way to be heard of"

I'm not entirely sure if i got the meaning correctly. So can anyone give me some pointer? I'm clueless with the use of 「ようでさァ」at the end of the sentence...I think it's a different function from 「のように」, isn't it?

So the 「ようでさァ」 at the end of the sentence just means "as if" ? Is it any different form the 「のように」 ?

ようだ is the original form; ようでさァ may be a bit colloquial and informal; ように is a conjugated form（連用形 to be exact) of ようだ, and is followed by a verb , adjective, or adjectival noun.

eg.魂の叫びが聞こえてくるかのように思えた。（連用形）

OK, I suck at Japanese grammar. Am I correct?:clueless:
