I think I have the hang of this one, but if anyone could double check my translation (no rush!) it'd be greatly appreciated.

It's November, I would imagine it has become cold in Nagoya, but.. has it changed much? Fortunately, I am doing well. Your family(hon.) will be returning home in April won't they? Regrettably, I've neglected to write lately, I'm sorry. (apology implied) As for Masa, does he like elementary school? Can Yoko walk yet?
So next year in February there's a science conference in Kyoto, I will (humbly) come to Japan for two weeks. I'm thinking it would be great to see everyone and to drop in to Nagoya for a little while. I haven't bought my plane ticket yet, but I think I'll arrive on the 6th and go home on the 20th. The conference is from the 10th to the 14th, and after that I was thinking you and I could visit Muradasan's house(hon.) together in Nagoya. I think the three of us should meet up and drink again! Is the 15th convenient for you?
I was at Muradasan's house 4 years ago but unfortunately I think I've forgotten how to get there from the station so I'll include a map. This is nothing special but I will also included a photo of when we say goodbye last time, please show everyone.
Say hi to your wife(hon.) for me please.

お変わりありませんか
..had me a little confused.
Also, the last part about the map and the photo; did he include those items with this letter or is he saying he'll include those next time? It was tough to figure out, normally you mention the things you have sent, not will send, but he's not using a past tense so grammatically I want to say they did not arrive with this letter. But common-sense wise I'd imagine he would be talking about what has accompanied the letter so I took that interpretation.
Thanks a lot guys! :D
