Technical Certifications and work visa questions

Is it possible to get a work visa for a Cisco Certfication gotten from a technical school? (along with the other related certifications, like A+, etc.)

How is the job market for networking type jobs? If japan even uses Cisco for networking, but I don't see why they wouldn't.

If you're only depending on the certs, then most likely its a "no, you can't get a work visa".
Unless you got a university degree or work experience then its a "possibly yes". *shrugs*

Those certs, like cisco, http://biz.ocn.ne.jp/master/index.html , etc. Are just a "plus" thing that you put on your resume. They on themselves can't get you a visa tho.
