my name is Chris and I'm new on this forum.

Could somebody help me with something.

I found this website of a japanese helpdesk, but as my japanese is not that good I don't find the e-mail adres of this helpdesk.

They don't give any e-mail address on the site.
The only thing I can see for communication is the phone/fax number for their shops in Tokyo and Osaka.
