Bare Associates International (BARE) is today's leading agency specialized in (Global) Customer Service Evaluation.
Currently, we are running several projects for different world-wide-known brands in cities all around Japan. We are looking for someone who can take the part-time job of Customer Service Evaluator (namely Mystery Shopper) for us.
But please notice that once you become our mystery shopper, this position can be a permanent one since we will have many different projects every year.
Job Description:
This is an interesting job. Itfs very similar to your daily shopping. The difference is that you do shopping with a task.
As a Customer Service Evaluator, you may be assigned to visit a shop, and you just need to act as a normal potential customer looking for a particular service or product. After your visit, you will then spend around 15-30 minutes to finish an on-line questionnaire to share with us your customer experience. What you do will help our clients a lot to improve their customer services.
Target Cities:
Tokyo, Sendai, Chiba, Nagasaki, Kawasaki, Nagoya, Sapporo, Mie.
Other cities in Japan (all cities in Japan)
Job Requirements:
1. 18 year-old or above
2. Speak Japanese well; can read and write in English
3. Students are welcome
Payment:
About 2000—3000 Japanese Yen (The specific payment depends on different projects)
