View Full Version : How do you interpret this ?

I'm interested in ordering tickets for X JAPAN by following this schedule that I suppose leads to success:

http://eplus.jp/sys/web/irg/x30/index.html

Having done the first step (took me lots of time but it worked), I was hoping to get the 2nd major step done too cause I'm sure tickets will be sold out in no time. From my own translation, I can only understand that I should have gotten a confirmation mail (which I have received) and If I wouldn't, I should have send an inquiry. The second point is about how to cancel my order ?

Now, after registering I got my own profile on that e-plus site and there's a 'tickets' category. When I go to that page, there's clearly a menu (containing title, type, ... of tickets) but with no tickets in it yet.

My question is now. Could it be that at step 3 the ticket possibilities will pop-up in my menu and I can further make my choise (at step 3 I always stumble on the word 'lottery' but don't really know how to interpret this). Can you also understand if maybe my ticket should already have popped-up and I have forgot something to do ?

Thanks a lot for the help. I'm really interested in buying these tickets and I really hope that I'm not doing something wrong.

Looks like they'll announce the results of the lottery between 2/5 and 2/7.

Yes, they expect the number of ticket requests to exceed capacity and will organize a drawing. Only the winners will be notified of eligibility for actual purchase.

For payment, there are various alternatives, including credit card.
But, how you do plan to receive the tickets, since the tickets will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato Security Package only to domestic addresses. Do you still live in Japan?

I have given up the address of Japanese friends of mine. There is nothing mentionned of paying a fee at arrival of the package is there ? And if they have to sign off a paper, will it cause problems cause the tickets are on my name ?

I see, that makes it all clear. I tought it would be "first comes, first served". Anyway I'm relieved that I've done everything correct so far. Now I've just have to wait and cross my fingers..

Thanks for the help !

Then your friend must claim to be you and sign your name to receive the package, I think. I don't know whether they require ID, since I've never received a Security Package from Yamato. There's no charge. The fee is included in your ticket payment.

Good luck!
My kids scrambled to get tickets to X Japan's final concert. They were there!!

Just a minute ago I descovered a shiny yellow button that has made all my doubts go away. Apparently I still had to order the tickets and not only the subcription part was sufficient. So now the ticket does appear in the tickets-menu on my profile page, and it clearly states that I have to wait for the draw. :relief:

Now that may be troublesome right ? Is there any way to give my friend the right to sign off on my behalf so no mistakes can be made ?

The concert is March 30 and I'll be in Japan from March 21st. The tickets will be send somewhere in the middle of March. I can imagine that if the courier doesn't want to give the ticket to my friend, they could stack them for me and I could receive them in person at the post office maybe..

Delivery is by Yamato Transport (courier service) and not Japan Post (mail). From what I read on the company's website, the Security Package is designed to ensure delivery to the specified address (guarantee from loss in the delivery process). So, I think your friend can receive it without a problem and sign in your behalf.

If it should not work, you can always go to the nearest Yamato Transport distribution center and pick it up. (I know pickup is possible because one of my kids worked part-time with Yamato in her high school days.) :relief:

Today I got the results from the lottery, and I'm afraid I didn't make it :(

Mail:

"e+(イープラス)をご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうござ います。ヴァンオッセラケビン様の下記申込みについて は、抽選の結果、チケットをご用意することができませ んでした。 公演名 : X−JAPAN 創造 の夜会場名 : 東京ドーム"

e-plus profile at the ticket information section:

状況: チケットをご用意することができませんでした。

I can still check out the details of the ticket and how to pay for it, but that last phrase clearly states that I won't be able to get it.

Can anyone check this out just to be sure ?

I'm afraid that you cannot get the ticket as they clearly state "as the result of the draw, we could not get the ticket for you".
