Ohayo minna-san,
I just found this community by tryin' to translate a letter, I'll introduce myself more in the introduction forum :relief:.
(English ----> Japanese)
So, here I come ... I'llintroduce the situation first :
I work for a division of Panasonic (Matsushita) as Computer Artist in Marketing division, and we recently had contacts with the Japanese division, they were very happy when they found that I can speak some Japanese ... later, after they mailed me with some informations I need, and their Extranet access ... I need to write an answer to thank him, in formal way, and to precise that I'll mail him again to ask some other materials.
Here is the global idea/structure of the letter (I'll put his name like "X" and mine like "Y" so someone wont easily find this:wave:):
"X X-sama,
It's Y Y, the art designer at Panasonic France.
Have been allright ?
First, I'd like to thank you very much for your cooperation and interest.
Also, I'd like to confirm you receiving your mails, thank you.
I saw that, for the Fax/MFP (Multifunction Printers), We'll need to request High Resolution Data by mail, shall I mail you for that ?
Another thing, for our promotions, we'll need some high resolution data (product photos, logos of different sytems) other than Fax/MFP, please confirm that I can send you model references.
Hope to hear from you soon, thank you in davance.
Please give my regards to everyone, take car of yourself."
---
Ok, so, I really hope smene could help me translate this Japanese :souka:.
Also, if there anything to change or correct something (maybe I was wrong in making this letter, something was impolite ... etc.), I would really appreciate.
I used some sentenses that I know how to say/write in Japanese, maybe you'll want to use another one.
I used also the "sama" as he's older than me (I'm 24 only) and has a really better job (higher hierarchy) ... maybe that a little "too much", no ? :okashii:
Thank you very much in advance
