Numbers??

I already know how to say the numbers 1-100, but Im not sure how to say numbers 103 and like 1364

For 103, would I just say "hyakusan"? and for 1364 would it be "senhyakurokujuuyon"?

and also, for saying like 113, would it be "hyakujuusan"

?

sounds right to me. If you have the right version of ms word, type in the numbers with the IME and if you look around you might find an option to use 読みがな.

You got them right, except that you've left out "san" from 300 (just a typo, I guess) - 1364 should be "sen-sanbyaku-rokujuu-yon".
