Just wondering if anyone knows a good website site with free audio file for learning Japanese.

Not really, but if you can get songs to learn from, you can learn the prononciation of ひらがな, but learn only that. Songs and other media are usually bad grammar teachers and are ment for entertainment purpose. Doing so would be like some one learning english from watching Full Metal Jacket over and over again. You'll notice that the pronounciation of ひらがな is simple and stays the same (or seemingly the same) for every word, unlike english, so you don't have to worry once you know all ひらがな, since you can hear it by looking at it.
I recommend searching for a TV program called Let's Learn Japanese (1&2). Unfortunately I don't think you can buy this as it was aired on Canadian Educational TV in the Late 80's and series 2 in the mid 90's. I managed to download it using bittorrent, although it was about 4 GB in total.
