In the 1990s I worked in Yokohama for a couple of years--English instructor (US national). I taught conversational English, business English, TOEIC, TOEFL, and some kids. I was single at that time. The company I worked for took care of all the paperwork to get me the work visa.
Now I am married and my wife is a Japanese national--former co-worker there. We've lived in the US for a while but now we're getting ready to return to Japan. We are both doing research into what kind of visa I will have this time to teach English in Japan.
Suggestions?
