A Celebrity Show off in Akihabara

A celebrity, who calls herself " a sexy idol who plays an active part in multi areas," was at a vehicle-free street on the 16th. She climbed up on a guardrail and showed her butt and somewhere else to cameramen. She was there to announce her live, but mainly, people who had digital camera as well as video camera took pictures and record butt and crotch of Asuka Sawamoto on the day.

Is such behavior morally acceptable in Japan ?

One thing I am 100% sure is that she will quit it after she really gets popular.
Hamasaki Ayumi used to be just an ordinary idoru, but I've never seen courageous TV programs about her career in the past.

And it is the same as Tata Young. You have to show off a bit different novelty when you want to enter show-biz industry in different countries. (Please keep in mind that her CD sold well here)
