Ryokan/minshuku/homestay Higashi-Matsuyama

Can anyone help me to find a ryokan, minshuku or homestay in the centre of Higashi-Matsuyama-shi (Saitama)?
I would like to stay there in october/november and am looking for affordable accomodation.
