i want to write a letter.
the person (a JE-boy＾＾)　i write to is 14 years old = he can't speak very much english ne~
so i decided to write first:
半分日本人ですが、日本語が少しだけ話せます。でも学校で日本語を勉強します。
is that ok?　（？。？）

Yes, that is ok. You should write a little English too. (and of course give English for Japanese sentences on posts [other than in the Japanese language sub-forum] since this is primarily an English medium forum)
