the english exam turned out to be pretty interesting today haha.

i had about 30 minutes spare time before i was allowed to leave
the classroom [stupid rules, yeah, i know]

so i just fell asleep and started dreaming a bit heh.

hide kicked the classroom door open and just stood there smiling.
his pink hair all fluffy and he was wearing the coolest suit ever, the
green one he had on dahlia tour. all the students went like ":o" and
the teacher started screaming "WHAT IS THAT, WHAT IS THAAAT??"
and hid behind her desk lol. then i just ran towards hide and jumped
on his back welcoming him back to the world!

"you wanna go for a ride?" hide asked.
sure i said YES! lol

and then his yellow guitar flew thru the air and we jumped on it and hide played the first chords of beauty and stupid and we were flying thru the
school and then outside :D :D

then my little dream stopped just like that.

i had fallen from my chair! xDD jesus i was laughing my *** off when i
realised what had happened! i swear hide was laughing too as he
probably saw it while he was playing his guitar sitting on a cloud lol.

Well, i don't know what to say. I'm a ide fan since i've heard about X Japan. I liked him the most, when i was looking at the X Japan pictures, but then i didn't know yet that he's dead. After i learn that, i was sooo sad, i was actually in love with Crucify my Love song, so i was reading about his death and listening Crucify my Love...
And i liked him, because he was so funny :D Even his songs in hide with Spread Beaver make me happy xD My beloved are Pink Spider and Ever Free.
Once i was dreaming about him and that dream was so weird xD I don't remember clearly, but i remember that he was an actor and played in our polish serial "Klan" (some stupid drama-soap opera serial, gosh >.>). It was strange O__o hide talking in polish :souka: And he had his yellow jacket xD

I bought a live hide show from ebay recently (Psyence a go go in Tokyo) and I was very impressed. I loved almost all of the songs and every member of Spread Beaver is incredibly talented. One of the best live shows I've ever seen.

I just changed my name to hidemance in myspace. The word necromance is used to describe ones fasination with the dead or death. I made up hidemance because it describes my fasination with hide (IMO - One of the greatest guitarist to ever live, who tragically died on May 2nd 1998). hide is the definition of awesomeness and he is the reason why I play the guitar.

here's a good video of hide showing off his guitar skills. I thought he was only an average guitarist before seeing this. He must have got bored for his 'Psyence a-go-go' tour and decided to do mostly vocals.

^ He is the king in my opinion. Maybe because I'm biased towards him, hehe. What I love about hide is that, he was able to get away from X's shadow and branch out on his own to create his own sound. That really showed people that he wasn't just X's guitarist, but instead he had talent of his very own and he didn't need X in order to shine. Even if a person doesn't like X, I don't think their is anyone that hates hide.

I have to say from what i have heard of X i havent been that impressed with but I think Spread Beaver are absolutley amazing and are one of my favourite all time bands. Maybe with spread beaver hide had more control over the entire sound of the band rather than just lead guitar.

And curiously, he was the only member that was able to contribute musically in the band... that's why Taiji left the band, Toshi left the band, and another 15 members left the band in 80's xDDDDD

Anyways, he was an awesome musician, and I don't mean only by playing guitar: I've been told that he was so commited with the band, that felt so sad when they broke up... he even cried a lot backstage in Last Live (I think I posted this before)

As far as I know, hide's museum was torn down completely last year. I do know that his brother released a statement on the website saying something about maybe doing a traveling museum and possibly touring other countries.

Now if you can tell me if something else has been going on, I'd appreciate it.

As for the girl, I think she is still selling paper cranes on her website (the money is donated to something, I can't recall though).

I do know that the museum is completely gone. There are even pictures on the internet showing the destruction. There are also a few folks that took upon themselves to steal a few things like the signs and lights.

I assume they are in storage. They'll probably have another small museum when they do the hide events like last time, but it's more of a small display.

That is sad... when I go to Japan next year, I was hoping just to stop and look at the museum... but now I cant ne... I think his things are in storage... My friend said that if they keep the things for another couple years... they might have one of those auctions and sell his things to the public... in a matter of three days... because they did the same thing with some TV. show... but what if that really happened...? his stuff being auctioned... and you only had like three days to like get some stuff? I bet some of the items will be worth lots of money... X___X

I don't really know X-Japan
but a Friend of mine is a Fan of X-Japan & of hide and she told me about him.
I saw the Funeral of hide on youtube.
It really touched my heart
it was so sad
all the Fans cried
and when Yoshiki hold his speech and began to tremble
Tears came into my eyes
and I read the Translation of the Speech and more Tears came.
Hide seems to be a wonderful person.

I have to say I like his pink hair, they look good on him.

My deepest Sympathy to all of his Fans!

i haven't heard anything of hide too, until some years after his death. I was like 10 years old then, and i wasn't that interested yet about visual kei and japanese rock music. I've only noticed how great hide was when he was no longer there. And that's the saddest part of all. It's like losing someone even before you've seen him. The same goes for Kazuki Watanabe whom Miyavi respects a lot. But hide is different, there is really something in him that would sure make you remember him.

Yeah hide's ashes were thrown into the ocean I think By L.A. Or something. By his brother. When you watch some hide fan vids on youtube you may see these flowers floating in water and these people on a boat. Hmmm...Hold on I will see if I can find the video, I am sure I saw one. He was cremated soon after he died which I believe is the custom in Japan.


Sorry I am so tired, it's five in the morning, I have been up since 9am from the day before...I need sleep. I will search for it later and maybe post funeral rituals they do in Japan. It is pretty interesting. If anyone can find the video thanks!!

Hold on I found it. His ashes were thrown into the Santa Monica Bay, May 19th. I'm sorry I have no ideas where this Bay is..Ummm..yeah here is the link to the video. It is very sad, make sure you have tissues beside you. You have to watch the whole thing and you see his ashes in that white jar...*sniffle*
