Help Identifying Seal/Kanji

Hello everyone,
For my first post I was wondering if someone could tell me if this writing is Chinese or Japanese? Is it a phrase or someone's name? I would ask my grandmother in Japan but she doesn't see very well.Any help will be greatly appreciated:):) I hope I added the attachment's correctly.

飛鶴O松 I think it is a title
大連O彫 i think It is not a personal name
大連（Dalian in china?)

is it a hanging scroll?
