I just found a softwere which is possible to send japanese mail in your nomal cellpohne, but I'm not sure it works or not.

It seems to be a software (Java) to support Japanese letters (alphabets) which mobile phone outside of Japan normally does not have.

According to one of the FAQ at this site, whether it works or not depends on whether:
1. Your phone works with Java APplication.
2. Your carrier support the phones with Java application
3. Your plan (contract) with the carrier includes internet with your phone.
