Help pls !

I've seen a video and the images were from a japanese movie. I'd like to know if u can help me find that movie. The girl's name is Eiko, the guy's name is Tatsuya. The girl can play the piano and he has a girlfriend (maybe) who tries to kill him at one point with a knife, but Eiko saw her and screem the guy's name and runs towards him but she dies on the street hit by a car. the girl had a problem on one of her legs, but I can't recall what.
I don't know if are enough details but I hope to find the movie.
