mixi HELP?

Hi there,

Before we begin, yes I have an invitation, yes from a real friend, yes I'm in Japan with a Japanese phone.. all pre-requisites appear to have been met.

I signed up properly and input everything and got to the confirmation stage. Confirming my PC mail went smoothly, but even though I enter the password on my phone confirmation it's saying the password is wrong.

Is there any reason why my keitai confirmation isn't working even though I'm entering the password from the application phase? It keeps saying the passwords wrong, but I know it's right.

Any helps appreciated, thanks!

1) Do you have the same problem when you log in from a computer?
2) Have you tried requesting to have your password reset?

It was a problem with my cellphone, some setting was preventing mixi from identifying the make, which is apparently necessary for the confirmation process.

Thanks for the suggestions though.

Glad you got it fixed. I still hate the cell phone verification. I swear next they will just start checking IP's and names and booting all foreigners.
