For your question, I think it is more natural to say:

みんなさん、お名前は（何ですか）？

Minnasan, o namae ha (nan desu ka)?

Everyone, what are your names?

全 is used with 全部, so you are correct it does mean "whole or entire" but for "everyone" your better off saying "Minnasan"

Janet-san, it seems you are trying to express things a little beyond your level although I can see what you are trying to say :)

When you wish to ask someone's age, you would say something like..

あなたはなんさいですか。

Be a little wary of "anata" though, in most cases its a bit more respectful to use a person's name if you know it.

To express your nationality you would say:

私はアメリカじんです。

アメリカン is the approximation of "American" but thats not how you would express nationality.

私はオーストラリアじんです。にじゅうにさいです。私の誕生日は１９８５年９月２５日です。
I am Australian, 22 years old and my birthday is on the 25th of September 1985.

The rest...is a little bit harder to explain if you are not familiar with the structure of a Japanese sentence (Subject, object, verb). I used to self study for about a year or so before I decided to enrol so I know how difficult it can be to wrap your head around things.

My advice : write the shortest sentences possible in the beginning and only gradually add words to them. :note:

I began almost 6 years ago starting with Hiragana, Katakana then Romaji after watching Inuyasha episodes in Japanese (subtitled) (Japanese words too and my comprehension sucked miserably).
Years later after that, I was rusty from not studying much at all and I began studying Kanji and took it seriously.

I took many breaks until I was 19, that was when I studied hard on Kanji, but I didn't think about grammar and sentences, which is what I am studying right now :)

Note: hajimaru (始まる）is a verb "to begin" while hajimete (初めて）is a time expression that indicates "For the first time". Its a very subtle but large difference.

I really cant tell what your trying to express here in your hiragana..."doko" is used for "where"...not really for expressions of time (how long).

Janet, I suppose you compose Japanese sentences using dictionaries, but in many cases your sentences do not make sense, I'm afraid. It's very hard for me to understand what you are trying to say.

I think you don't know basic grammar of Japanese yet.

I recommend you should learn grammar and memorize a lot of Japanese sentences first.
