Hey, my favorite movie All-Time is definately "Letters from Iwo Jima" It's great acting and everything. Anyway, what's a good Japanese movie that I would like?
I LOVE War movies, and history movies. And.. I think Ken Watanabe is an AWESOME actor.
So, I ask you.. what's another good movie? Also, who also LOVES Letters from Iwo Jima?
Arigatou Gozaimasu.

You'd probably like The Last Samurai. It's a war movie, a history movie (kind of), and has Ken Watanabe. You might also like Memoirs of a Geisha. It's not a war movie but has Ken Watanabe. Finally, you might like Hell in the Pacific. It's a war moive and history movie but no Ken Watanabe. It has Toshiro Mifune (much better IMO) and Lee Marvin.

When you talk of a Japanese movie, do you mean an American film that is set in Japan, ie: Letters from Iwo Jima, The Last Samurai; or Japanese made movies like The Seven Samurai, Ring, Yojombo?
